Temporix is a multi-agent AI orchestration platform that enables users to design, deploy, and manage networks of AI agents using a visual interface. The Service includes agent workflow design tools, execution infrastructure, observability dashboards, and integrations with third-party LLM providers.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Generate, distribute, or store harmful, abusive, or illegal content

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content, data, and agent configurations you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your use of these providers is subject to their respective terms and pricing. You are responsible for providing your own API keys and for any costs incurred through third-party services. Temporix is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temporix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing and validating all agent outputs.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
