Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices including AES-256 encryption for credentials, schema-per-tenant database isolation, and encrypted connections (TLS) for all data in transit. We use AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest for all storage services.

The Service integrates with third-party LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to execute AI agent workflows. When you configure and run agents, your prompts and data are sent to the LLM provider you select. Each provider's own privacy policy governs their handling of that data. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party LLM providers.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and execution data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Execution logs and observability traces are retained for 90 days by default.
7. Your Rights
